The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: 1-3 days
Shipping time: 7-10 days

 

Confirm

Once your order is confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent to you. We will start preparing as soon as we confirm your order. It is difficult for us to change or cancel your order during this time frame, however, we will do our best to support your request.

Processing

We usually take 1-3 business days to process your order. Note that this does not include holidays and weekends.

*Shipping time is an estimate, calculated from the ship date, not the order date, and may be longer than estimated due to invalid addresses, customs clearance procedures, or other reasons.

*  Note: Shipping times are subject to public holidays, destination country (especially shipping addresses outside the US or Canada), severe weather, and international express delivery.
